There were 47,130 housing units on the market in Miami at the end of 2014, according to recently released statistics from realtor.com (via Miami Agent Magazine.)

Miami had more listings than any other city in the U.S. outside of New York. Inventory levels increased 3.8% from Dcember 2013, the most of any major city.

The magazine called the numbers an improvement compared to the ‘dire’ lack of inventory last year.
