Miami median rents rise in February, rank 9th nationally

Miami remained ninth nationally in one-bedroom median rents for February at $1,840, climbing 1 percent month over month and 5 percent year over year, via Zumper.

Two-bedroom median rents rose as well, to $2,600, a 4-percent boost from January and a whopping 13-percent increase year over year.

San Francisco and New York continued to pace the nation, ranking first and second, respectively, in both one-bedroom and two-bedroom rents.
