Miami Rents Drop Slightly in April, Remain 8th Nationally

Top-25-May-2016After sliding past Chicago in March to become the eighth most expensive city in the nation for renters, Miami rents lowered a bit in April but maintained its national standing.

One bedroom median rents lowered 0.5 percent to $1,890 while two bedroom rents lowered 0.8 percent to $2,620, according to Zumper’s latest report. Both figures are still up year over year, by 5 percent and 6.9 percent, respectively.

The Top 3 remained unchanged: No. 1 San Francisco, No. 2 New York, and No. 3 Boston.
